Comfortable and Stylish Rooms

Stunning Rooftop Pool

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is always a plus, but I was disappointed that housekeeping didn't tidy my room even though I displayed the card indicating that. The service was friendly, but moving between rooms with kids was quite frustrating. The location was convenient, especially for getting to various attractions, but a bit chaotic at times due to the busy intersection. Overall, it has its positives, but some aspects could definitely be improved.

The air conditioning worked fine, but the room felt cramped without a comfortable place to relax other than the bed or dining chair. Location-wise, it's not the best for sightseeing, but it works if you're near the Epworth hospital. The dining options left much to be desired, especially with breakfast hours not aligning with my early plans.
