Art Series - The Chen Hotel Box Hill, Box Hill

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is always a plus, but I was disappointed that housekeeping didn't tidy my room even though I displayed the card indicating that. The service was friendly, but moving between rooms with kids was quite frustrating. The location was convenient, especially for getting to various attractions, but a bit chaotic at times due to the busy intersection. Overall, it has its positives, but some aspects could definitely be improved.
